Impa's smile grew a touch at catching Link's soft snuffling, and she made sure to wait until the piglet was safe and steady beside her before she prepared to send the wave of water forward. The powerful splash performed just as intended, as although the disguised prince did not attempt to dodge it, he and Neri both seemed to enjoy the sudden breaker. As Sheik broke through the wave with a happy laugh, Impa growled pleasantly at his compliment. Such an action was nothing new for either of them, but even in their cursed forms, the bear was very glad that he had enjoyed it just as much if not more.

No sooner had Sheik and Neri recovered from their own splash than had Link hit his older nametwin with one. However, this splash was quite a bit different, as it appeared that Leaf had taken the chance to warm up a good section of the water. Impa raised her eyebrows slightly as the wave headed right for Link, soon transforming back into his Hylian form. Rumbling slightly in amusement at both his instantaneous change as well as his surprised reaction, the bear gave Link a reassuring nod as he checked to see that his shorts were in fact still on. At least the boy had not been thrown too off by this unexpected event.

"Growf." With a subtle grin in his direction, she soon looked over towards the rabbit and Spirit of Power, giving both of them an approving nod. That gesture had barely finished in time though, as she soon saw that the older boy was set to retaliate before he changed back into his cursed form. With a good push of water towards the Hero of Time and Leaf, the Hero of Winds swiftly carried through into another sweep of water, this one aimed right at herself. Impa simply grinned a touch more as the small wave crashed into her midsection, for even though the splash had not done much to cover her larger form, it had still be a rather good one.

A moment after Link gasped and transformed back into a piglet, Impa reached forward to gently pick him up from the water. Holding him securely in her right arm, she growled softly to him, raising a curious brow to see if he might like to go for another solo trip through the air now that he was a small, aerodynamic size again.

Sheik held fast through the strong wave that Impa had sent in his direction, and he made sure to keep an extra secure hold on Neri even as she yelped. He did his best to help keep her secure and upright even as her wings began to beat rapidly in response to the sudden deluge, but whether part of that was out of a reflexive reaction or not, he was just glad that she was still having fun, splashes and all. As the Spirit of Wisdom shook the majority of the water from herself, the disguised prince grinned at her voiced challenge. With an amused chuckle at her next confident question though, he said, "Maybe! We can dodge just about any of them, but bigger waves can be fun to take head on too!"

Around his own fun with Neri, Sheik soon blinked as he heard Link's distinctive snorts shift into sputtering laughter. Glancing over to the Hero of Winds, the disguised prince grinned as he saw that the latest splash to hit him had in fact been magically warmed up, courtesy of the Spirit of Power. The effect was bound to be temporary given the greater volume of cooler water around them, but it was still neat to see that a little bit of fire magic could in fact add another dimension of fun to their aquatic escapades. Laughing as Link caught his bearings and checked to see that his shorts were still on, Sheik called, "Welcome back, Link!"

Thankfully, his confusion was short-lived, and he was quick to figure out just how he'd managed to change back for the moment. That soon shifted to him grinning widely, and Sheik had a strong feeling that he was going to take advantage of his true form out here while he could. With a powerful shove into the waves, he sent another wave of water right for Link and Leaf, just before he swept back and aimed one at Impa. His timing was just right, as a moment later, the cooler water caught up to him and he returned to his piglet form.

Link did not have to tread water for long though, as Impa soon plucked him up from where he was floating near her. Sheik had a good feeling as to what his guardian was suggesting to Link with the inquisitive growl she uttered, and as he got set for any subsequent splashes, the disguised prince took the chance to dive underwater again. Still holding onto Neri as he kicked towards Link and Leaf's position, Sheik asked, "How about we surprise Leaf next? A swirling splash from below might do just the trick."

Link outright grinned as he saw that not only had he got a good splashed aimed towards Link, he had in fact caught him head on with the hot water. The change was triggered instantly, and his nametwin went from snorting some laughs to sputtering in surprise. As he gasped and looked around in confusion, the Hero of Time couldn't help but laugh in amusement, although that shifted into sympathetic chuckling as he moved to instinctively check for his swim shorts. Link himself might not have had exactly the same clothing concerns as the older boy, but even with that slightly more odd aspect of his own curse, he could certainly understand his wish to make sure he was still covered.

"Oh come on, you know they're still on," chimed Tatl. And even if they weren't for some strange reason, modesty aside, the boy had quick reflexes. She had full confidence in his ability to cover up, but even so, it was nothing that any of them hadn't seen before. Snickering a bit, she added, "Looks like they got you good, though."

Thankfully, even around his clothing-check, Link appeared to be highly amused by the surprise splash of hot water, and his subsequent call and giant grin only proved that. "Ha-ha, I hope that was a good surprise!" Adjusting his position so that he was treading upright again, Link laughed a bit more at his nametwin's next stance, bracing himself for what was likely to come.

Sure enough, the older boy retaliated with a great splash of his own, sending a good wave careening towards Leaf and himself. Link barely caught sight of the sweeping splash he sent towards Impa just before the wave caught up to him, and he quickly turned his shoulder to properly meet it. "Bwa!" He might have been much smaller now, but he could still break through waves, and they were possibly even more fun now given the added size difference. Shaking the excess water from his head with another laugh, Link saw that Impa had caught Link now that he was a piglet again, and he couldn't help but wonder just how she might respond to his splash to her. From the look of things, she had another fine, high-flying idea up her sleeve.

“Whooaaaa!” laughed Leaf as the older Link’s wave surged towards him and the Hero of Time. The red fairy went with the wave as it splashed by, happily rolling along until he could roll no more. He shook his glow and wings, then returned to the younger boy’s side, bouncing eagerly on the rabbit’s head and right between his long ears. “That was a good one. Who should we splash next?”

Leaf had missed it with his own wave riding, but if there was one thing Link’s wave towards Impa did, it made the boy-piglet realise once again the height increase their guardian had gained from her curse. The Sheikah was already tall, but on a normal day, Link was fairly sure his splash would have reached much higher up her form than it did a panda’s.

Ciela agreed with Tatl on the way Link had to check his shorts were still on. “We’ve already tested the clothing thing numerous times. I highly doubt it would suddenly leave you naked all the sudden.”

Link wrinkled his nose at the two yellow fairies in response before he turned gave Impa a puzzled look as the bear’s paws moved closer to him. Suddenly plucked him from the water and his curiosity grew even more.  What was Impa planning? He couldn’t imagine he would make a very good weapon for the splash-fest they were having right now; unlike Leaf who had the wildest imaginations, Link had no desire to thrown and skimmed across the water surface to create splashes - it would most likely hurt!

Then he caught sight of the bear’s raised brow and the dots connected. Aha! YES! Block caps, underlined, bold and italicised YES! He beamed his approval before waving his hooves excitedly at the prospect of another high throw.

Before Neri could even extend one little bit of thought to start the process of worrying about the safety of the Link’s upcoming flight, the Spirit of Wisdom  was pulled underwater, her wings whooshing up as she plunged through the water surface. Surprised by the move, she gave a squeak then turned in the water to look up at the boy whose hands she was still resting in.

Neri giggled at his suggestion. “How can I help? I might not be able to make as big swirls as you could though.”

Impa could tell that Link was a little confused as to just what she was silently suggesting, but no sooner had he better read her expression than did she catch the excitement in his eyes. As the boy-turned-piglet beamed and waved his arms in excitement, the panda could only growl in amusement. With a strong nod to him to show him that that was just what she would help him out with, she began to get her charge set for his next flight through the air.

Narrowing her red gaze as she focused on a good spot across from their current position – one at the same depth but further up the beach, just where even the gentle currents would carry anything towards their spot – Impa's lip soon curled in satisfaction as she found the point for her trajectory. With a subtle nod to herself, she moved to hold Link carefully between her two paws and slowly lower him to get the best angle for the toss.

A moment later, with a deep growl to let him know she was set, Impa quickly threw her arms upward, letting Link go in a long parabola as he traveled through the air over the water. A few seconds later, the panda watched as he splashed down, set to make sure that he was in fact safe from his trip from her own position. If her prediction was correct, then there was a strong chance that he was going to emerge even more excited than he had from his previous aerodynamic feats.

Sheik couldn't help but chuckle slightly at catching Neri's surprised squeak once she had found herself pulled underwater, but at least the Spirit of Wisdom appeared to be all right if not initially startled. His grin only broadened as the blue fairy giggled at his suggestion before he pondered her question for a moment. "No, you might not be… but I've got an even better idea."

Glancing up at Link and Leaf who were still above and a little to the side from their own position underwater, Sheik turned back to Neri and stated, "Double teaming Leaf will work even better than if we just came up together. How about you shoot up in front of him to distract him, and once his attention's on you, I'll get that swirling splash ready right underneath him."

As soon as Neri was ready for the plan, Sheik carefully moved a bit closer to the spot beneath Leaf, held out his left hand, and helped give the Spirit of Wisdom a bit of a boost so that she could shoot out of the water with a good speed. Only once it appeared that she had drawn the attention of the excitable red fairy, the disguised prince quickly moved his hands about to start up a simple wind spell. The water in front of him began swirling just as he'd planned, and a couple of swirling motions of his own hands later, he suddenly thrust both of his arms up to send the small vortex towards the surface. There, it impacted just below Leaf's position, giving the Spirit of Power both a mighty splash and an unexpected spin added to it.

A moment later, after Leaf had caught the better part of that counter, Sheik pushed off of the ocean floor, soon breaking the surface and catching the red fairy in his hands. Laughing as he steadied him, he exclaimed, "Hey Leaf! How was that for you?"

Tatl was pleased at Ciela's own addition to her own reassurance to Link, although she couldn't help but snicker a bit more at catching the look from the boy-turned-piglet. Chiming slightly, she noted, "Hey, it's true. The only way you'd be without your shorts is if they were snatched away while you were a boy." And even with the antics that this family might get themselves into, nicking clothing in such a way was not on their list of tricks.

Now that Leaf had recovered from the splash and was energetically bouncing on his head, Link laughed before glancing up to him, stating, "I'd say whoever we get the chance to! Link looks like he's about to go on another flight, though. And Sheik…" Wait, where was Sheik? Link blinked and looked about, soon realizing that the disguised prince must have slipped underneath the waves again. Swimming backwards a little bit, he soon caught sight of his friend underwater, but more than anything, it appeared that he had moved his own position just in time.

Suddenly, Neri shot up from the waves, and a couple of moments later, that was not all that happened to catch Leaf: a new, small whirlpool-like formation erupted underneath the Spirit of Power, catching him in both its swirling pattern and a strong splash. It was nothing the red fairy couldn't handle of course, but now Link was feeling torn between being glad he'd managed to evade that and a bit envious that he hadn't got caught in that splash. It looked pretty fun from where he was sitting!

Around Link's impressive flight courtesy of Impa, Link had to split his attention between that cannonball splash and Sheik's own reappearance. As the Hero of Winds splashed down, the Spirit of Power was caught in another way, one that caused the Hero of Time to laugh happily. "Ha-ha, I'd say they got you this time!"

Neri beat her wings a little harder to lift herself off Zelda’s hands underwater. “Sounds like a brilliant plan,” she chimed. The fairy moved around to position herself better and readied her wings. Once she saw Sheik was equally prepared, Neri gave a nod of her glow before the boy gave her flight a boosted start. The fairy shot upwards, towards their red friend above. She emerged out of the water with a splash of her own and shot right past the front of Leaf, so close that not only did Leaf squawk in surprise, but he jolted a foot higher in the air.

“Wait, what? Huh? NERI?!” he gasped. The Spirit of Power was about to say something more, but the words ended up being washed away from his mind as the water below him suddenly surged upwards in a splash, caught his glow and wings and sent him into a very confused and brief wash cycle before leaving him out to dry in the air, upside down and whirling clumsily in Sheik’s hands.

“Waaaaaah, what in the World of the Ocean King just happened?” Leaf said as he made no effort to turn himself the right way up yet. He’d do that once the world stopped wobbling. He was never very good at recovering from spin outs - that was Ciela’s talent. He instead preferred experiencing the excitement of being in a spin.

“That…. Was. AWESOME! You got me good this time indeed,” he finally answered once what happened and how finally dawned to him. “Do it again! No wait, is it possible to cast magic on the water surface and cause a small whirlpool? I could whirl in that instead.”

Across the way and during Leaf’s epic spin-splash, Link was sent soaring in the air. The piglet was launched, curled in a ball and once in the air, he opened up his limbs and gave a very satisfied and delighted cry. This was like gliding through the air above the water in the Bird-Man Content at the Flight Control Platform back in the Great Sea, except MUCH faster and without a leaf.

The thrill of plunging down into the water was the same, though, and the piglet used the height of his drop to throw in a few spins much like he would do as a boy when he was launched from a Baba bud before he squeezed his eyes shut, curled back into a ball and flattened his ears just as he splashed down.

“Good throw,” Ciela said as the transformed innkeeper surfaced again and gave a hearty piglet squeal to let them know he was okay. As Link paddled his way back to rejoin them, Ciela landed on Impa’s shoulder, settling into the wet fur. “He’s probably going to come back even more excited now and after a few more throws, he might even ask to be tossed higher or further…. You can do that as a bear, right?” Huh, she wondered if the wet fur weighs the Sheikah down or hampers movement at all.

Impa did catch the clever splash that Sheik and Neri had caught Leaf with just before she sent Link flying through the air in a smooth cannonball, but she did not let that fun display distract her. With her mighty throw, the boy-turned-piglet was soaring upwards in a parabola, and Impa could not help but curl the right side of her muzzle into something of a grin at catching his excited squeal. Shortly after he had enjoyed stretching his limbs out, he moved to incorporate a few spins into his fall just before he tucked back into a ball so that he could meet the water better. Now that certainly looked like a satisfying splash.

Nodding to Ciela as the pale yellow fairy moved to land on her shoulder, Impa growled softly at seeing Link burst forth back from beneath the waves. His enthusiastic squeal was all she needed to confirm that not only was he okay, but also that he had thoroughly enjoyed his latest aerodynamic adventure. The Spirit of Courage had a good point with her open musing about the Hero of Winds, and whether he was set for any more throws immediately or not, the panda had a strong feeling that his excitement would only build for one, whether he outright asked her to apply even more strength to such trips.

At Ciela's question, Impa glanced down to her with a soft chuff, just before giving her a strong nod. "Growf." Whether she was a Sheikah or a bear, she had plenty of strength to spare, and she could very readily utilize it whether it was in combat, for a task, or simply for fun.

As Link continued to swim back towards their spot in the water, Impa glanced to her other two charges, her amusement evident in her red eyes as Leaf quickly recovered from his spinning splash. With his eagerness to enjoy even more antics in the water, it appeared that their nigh endless options of fun out here just kept increasing. Whether they were in the water on on the shore, this was just one of the many things Impa loved about coming to the beach.

Sheik grinned as Neri complimented his idea, just before he helped send her rocketing upward. The distraction seemed to work just as he had hoped, and no sooner had he unleashed his watery vortex on Leaf than was he grinning at watching it from beneath the waves. After the Spirit of Power had been sent for a few good spins, the disguised prince broke the surface of the water, laughing in amusement as he caught the red fairy in his hands. Steadying his own footing just as Leaf wondered what had happened, Sheik chuckled a bit more at Link's exclamation. He was set to answer the Spirit of Power's question soon enough, but he did want to give him the chance to sort it out for himself first. Whether he completely figured out what he had been hit with or not, he at the very least appeared to have reoriented himself as he exclaimed about just how much he had enjoyed that.

"Ha-ha-ha, I'm glad you liked that!" Sheik met the fairy in his hands with a broad grin, just before he laughed even more at the request for him to perform the feat again. In typical Leaf fashion though, he was quick to nix that idea and ask about another sort of spell. As the disguised prince pondered just what he might be able to do here, he looked out across the surface of the water, smiling even more brightly as the older Link surfaced from his splashdown. He let out an ecstatic squeal, one that seemed to show that he had both enjoyed that trip and of course that he was just fine from his splash landing.

Glancing back to Leaf, Sheik hummed for a moment before stating, "I think I might be able to do that. To make sure you don't get too dizzy and that it doesn't grow too big though, I won't be able to cast it to swirl too quickly." Carefully righting the fairy as he placed him atop his shoulder, Sheik took a deep breath before he focused on a spot just in front of him. Concentrating, he soon let out that breath as he moved his hands in a singular, smooth swirling motion, just before he watched as the spot in front of him began to swirl in a shallow, steady whirlpool.

Smiling a bit to himself as his spell had worked, Sheik glanced up to the Spirit of Power before noting, "There you go, Leaf! I hope you enjoy it!" And the same went for any of the other fairies if they decided to jump into it before the magic faded or ended.

Although Tatl was a but surprised to see Neri's sudden reappearance, especially given the sort of reappearance that it was, she did not chime in surprise until she caught Leaf's sudden exclamation. It was more the sharp squawk from the Spirit of Power that got her than anything else, but even through that, she could not help but regard the blue fairy with a high degree of amusement. That only grew once she saw the swirling surge of water erupt beneath him, and suddenly, everything fell into place for her. So THAT was what Neri and Sheik had been up to during their latest bout underwater… they'd been plotting a clever splash to unleash. Even with Leaf's noisy nature, this was still far too entertaining for its own good, and between this and Impa's move to help send the older Link flying across the water, Tatl could not help but share an amused glance and nod with Ciela.

Link's laughter only continued at catching Leaf's confused words, just before it was punctuated even more at his excited reaction. However, he did soon raise his eyebrows in curiosity as the red fairy asked about a whirlpool on the surface of the water. That certainly sounded like trickier magic, but if it was a small one, he supposed it wouldn't be too difficult to manage, even if only for a little while. He soon watched in fascination as sure enough, Sheik moved to cast another swirling spell, just before a small whirlpool appeared on the spot where he had previous caught Leaf unawares. Link's expression brightened at seeing that, just before he exclaimed, "That's so neat! Nicely done, Sheik!" He knew that his friend was very skilled in magic, but no matter the application of it, it was always cool to see it in action.

As for the whirlpool itself, it looked a little on the small side for the older Link or himself to use it for long if at all, but at the very least, it appeared to be just the thing for at least one of the fairies to enjoy for a little while. Whether he gave it a go himself or not, he soon looked around just in time to see his nametwin returning to their spot in the surf. Waving to the piglet, Link kicked a little closer to his position before he called, "Welcome back! That looked like a really fun flight and splash!" If they all kept this up, then they were going to have an even keener appetite for lunch than they normally did!

    Re: Great Bay Beach Day

“Right,” drawled Ciela  when Impa nodded to her enquiry of throwing their innkeeper friend even further. “Don’t let Leaf catch on that you can throw further as a bear. He would undoubtedly try to wriggle himself in for a volunteer demonstration and then we would never hear the end of his fanboying.” The Spirit of Power’s chattering was endearing to Ciela as much as it was annoying sometimes. And with such a great day out, she was not set to listen to him talk on and on about something they all knew already, i.e. how great Impa was.

On his way back to the Hyrulean group, Link had only encountered two waves which he had to throw a little more effort into his hooves to stop himself from being pushed off course. Being small was difficult, he realised again. As a Hylian boy, he would hardly bat an eyelash swimming in this level of sea water and waves, but as a piglet the distance seems long and it took a lot more strokes to cross the water. In a way, this would be great training, he supposed, for his strength, endurance and patience. It would also make him appreciate swimming as a boy even more - once and when he could that is.

When he got back to the group, he was relieved to nuzzle his way under his swim ring and flop his hooves over its side. He wasn’t tired, but a rest from having to furious keep his snout above water would be a good way to make sure his strength lasted the day. He gave a snuffling noise of approval to Link followed immediately by a very satisfied nod as his answer to the younger Link’s words. You bet it was a great flight. He pointed a hoof at the rabbit-boy and waggled his eyes to suggest he had a go as well.

Then the piglet swivelled his ring round so that he could watch the whirlpool Sheik had created. Wow, he knew his friend was skilled with magic but this was something else. The control required for something like this was certainly a thing Link couldn’t even dream himself having. Needless to say, he would be asking how the prince(ss) managed this spell and for tips and pointers on perhaps conjuring something like it but at a more realistic level for the Hero of Winds.

“I’m in!” shouted Leaf as he dove glow first from Sheik’s shoulder and splashed into the water outside the whirlpool. He flew underwater towards the swirling water and soon emerged on the surface, happily whizzing around. “Okay, this is seriously too cool.”

He was about to call for his fairy friends to come in but suddenly found the back of his glow being cheekily slapped by a bit of seaweed. “Hey?! What the? Ciela?!”

It seemed like Ciela had snuck into the water, armed herself with some seaweed she found, and had came up through the centre of the whirlpool. The Spirit of Courage whipped at the water on either side of Leaf. “I’m a Big Octo, can’t you tell?” Whip. Whip

Impa chuffed a bit more in amusement at Ciela's response and subsequent statement regarding Leaf. Although her own natural strength increased a decent degree whenever she was in her bear form, she was not able to always exercise her strength in the same ways she would as a Sheikah. Her posture and limbs were remarkably similar, but there were some marked differences for movement in general. Still, she was grateful that she did keep not only her strength but most of her physical abilities in this form, and she was glad that she had already been able to use them to help her charges out in a myriad of ways. From carrying each of them on her back after they had all been cursed to helping Link soar through the air, she had this strength and was more than set to use it wherever it was needed.

Once Link had returned to their spot in the surf and to settled in his swim ring once more, Impa met the transformed boy with a pleased glance. As soon as he gave a positive answer to the younger Link, the panda did not fail to catch his gesture and expression shift, indicating that the Hero of Time should try the same if he wished. Whether he wanted to or not, Impa was more than happy to help out with plenty more aerodynamic feats for the lot of them, and with a pleasant chuff to the Hero of Winds, she nodded to him to properly welcome him back.

Once Sheik had cast a simple wind spell to get a whirlpool going for Leaf and any of the other fairies, Impa was inwardly filled with a sense of pride at seeing this spell utilized by her charge. She knew very well that it was perfectly within his range of spells to cast something like this, but it was still wonderful to see just how far his own skills in the craft had come. Whether it was a magically charged attack or a full powered beam of light magic, Impa was as proud of the disguised prince's skill as she was his progress and dedication. Natural talent only went so far, and being able to see her lessons pay off here… Impa was admittedly very proud.

The whirlpool was steady and a little slow, but Leaf still seemed to enjoy it all the same. Even better, it appeared that Ciela had been set to jump in on the fun, meeting the Spirit of Power with a well placed whip from a clump of seaweed. Growling in amusement, Impa moved a bit closer to where her charges had gathered in the water, inwardly curious as to where this latest fairy antic might lead.

"Thanks Link," noted Sheik, nodding and smiling to his friend, just before the older Link joined them. With a wave to welcome him back, the disguised prince soon laughed a little at his positive response to the notion of the flight and splash having been fun. Once he had silently suggested for the younger boy to have a go at it, and whether or not Link was up for it himself just yet or not, Sheik moved a bit closer to his two friends, stating, "Either way, I'm just glad that you two have been able to enjoy those trips and splashes!"

Splashing down was always fun, but to the disguised prince, the only thing that was better than that was being able to enjoy time spent in and even under the water. Although their curses currently meant that they could only enjoy the ocean whilst transformed, he was just glad that they were still able to come out and have fun in it. Swimming in a different form was much better than not being able to swim at all, and no matter how long they might be cursed, he knew that they would still be able to enjoy the summer just as much as they had the previous year.

Right now, Sheik was very glad that Leaf was enjoying the small whirlpool so much, although he couldn't help but laugh at his sudden exclamation once he'd found himself whacked by some seaweed. Ciela appeared to have been set to follow up with Neri's own playful display, and now there was a rather shiny, seaweed covered Big Octo at the center of the whirlpool. Moving to rest his hands on the edges of his friends' swim rings, Sheik smiled to Neri before tilting his head towards the other two spirits. "I guess you inspired Ciela. Maybe a Gyorg or Seahat should meet him next."

"I'm sure we'd be able to distract him with something regardless," mused Tatl, flying a bit closer to where Ciela had nestled down atop Impa's shoulder. Fluttering just above and to the side of the Spirit of Courage, she added, "Between aquatic feats and anything on the beach, we've got plenty of options." The Terminian fairy was careful to not outright voice anything about bonfires and the like, and she hoped that that alone would help keep a dichotic effect from kicking in for the Spirit of Power. He was enjoying the waves right now, and she was more than content to see him out here in his opposing element.

Link smiled at Sheik's thanks shortly before he outright chuckled at his nametwin's positive response. If the flight and splash were half as fun as they looked, then they had to be amazing! Even better than the High Dive Practice Spot or the Bird-Man contest! He soon blinked and raised his eyebrows when Link pointed at him and waggled his eyebrows as best he could, just before he laughed again. "I might just have to!" After all, why not take advantage of this smaller form whilst he had the chance? He was still looking forward to being able to swim as himself again, but right now… being a rabbit out in the ocean really wasn't so bad.

Laughing a little more at Sheik's words, Link nodded strongly in agreement before stating, "Me too! It's a little different today, but it's still just as fun." He imagined that things would not be quite as different once they all decided to return to the shore for meals or any other activities, as anything on the beach really had the chance to be the same as it was before they had been cursed. The only way it might be different was if any of then decided to wait to change back at all, but he imagined that just like their time in the waves, no matter what forms they were in, this beach outing was going to be just as much of a blast as all of their past ones had been.

Unable to suppress a laugh at Leaf's surprise from Ciela's sudden Big Octo impersonation, Link glanced to his nametwin at catching Sheik's suggestion. Between the lot of them, there were plenty of chances to imitate different aquatic animals from both of their times… although certain ones such as Morpha or Dexi-Hands would be a lot trickier.
