Treasures and Treats

Link was unable to suppress a chuckle at the humorous exchange between Ciela and Impa, and he soon found himself raising his eyebrows in curiosity at Neri's thanks and suggestion. Much like the other two from his time, he definitely appreciated the sentiment but didn't feel that they definitely needed to get that set on it. Still, he added, "Yeah, I agree with Sheik and Impa… but we'll see. Whether they become costumes or not, I do think you'd make a good Gerudo, Tetra!" The next thing he was curious about was if she would dress up more in their general outfits or like Nabooru herself. Either worked now that he thought about it…

As the hug shared by Impa, Link, and Tetra ended, Link grinned as well at the mention of how much candy his older nametwin had consumed at first last year. Their guardian seemed to have answered the pirate captain's question well enough, although this Link couldn't help but smile sheepishly to his older nametwin as Tatl noted, "You learned your lesson, but don't push it."

The subject quickly jumped to whether the quintet needed a lantern or not, which did have the Hero of Time blinking in curiosity. The hadn't really needed it too much last year, although it had helped on the walk to Kev's house… it was really more for the mood of the night, but it had been neat nonetheless. Impa handled that perfectly, and with that answer Link was even more ready to set out and see the decorations tonight!

The question about Sheik's Din's Pearl prop though had the younger boy glancing to the sphere itself as he recalled that according to the Hero of Winds, the three Goddess' Pearls in the future did have a faint glow. The disguised princess certainly had the magical capabilities for such, but had she got it set to act as a light source?

Sheik answered that question soon enough, and his blue eyes widened as she confirmed that not only could she use magic for it, but that she had actually made it so that any of the fairies could sit inside of it! Tatl chimed as she took off the lid from the back of the sphere, instantly intrigued by this prop whilst Link broke into a happy grin. "Wow, that's a great idea!" The pearl was perfect for her costume, and better yet, it could give Leaf an even better chance to get in on the experience tonight!

"We'll see next year," giggled Neri as she flew a little higher and landed on Tetra's head. "Halloween is always fun. Leaf, Ciela and I stayed to look after the inn last year but we still had a lot of fun handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters coming by the inn. It was interesting to be on the giving end instead of the receiving."

There was also that mob of children Bonkers brought round last year which added a touch of excitement into their night before the Hyruleans returned and the Halloween celebrations ended with fun aplenty with Link collapsed in bed as his stomach disagreed greatly with the amount of candy consumed. "Lots!" wrote Link with a grin when asked how much he exactly ate - it was probably a very silly thing to be proud of. "I wouldn't do it again - once was more than enough. I don't regret it at all." To Link, it was a once in the lifetime thing that must be experienced.

Leaf's glow brightened at the thought of magic powering the pearl prop. After all to light up the prop in the appropriate colour it must be either light magic or fire, right? Anything with fire had this fairy's complete approval. He did wonder what Zelda might had lined the inside of the pearl with to make sure the fire magic wouldn't melt or burn it though.

The Spirit of Power jolted in surprise as he was suddenly addressed. It could fit...HIM inside? Leaf beat his wings rapidly and excitedly but maintained the same position in the air - mainly because the wingbeats were more like a wing-flail than anything. "For me? I could get in it? How? Teleport? I can't teleport. LID! WHOOSH!"

Like a red energy bolt, the fairy was in. He collided with the inner wall of the pearl, rocking it in Zelda's grasp. A few seconds later, he poked the upper half of his red glow out and shouted. "THIS IS PERFECT!" He rolled back in with a happy cry and Ciela, curious herself, flew down to the lip of the opening to peer in. It was roomier than it looked and Leaf proved it by wing-flailing even more and he buzzed round and round in the prop like a trapped fly.

"Great," she said then pulled back up to hover at eye level again. "Now I have a cage to stuff him in if he acts stupid instead of using my hammer all the time."

"I don't act stupid!" retorted the Spirit of Power before he settled at the bottom of the pearl and glowed a little more brighter. "How does that look from the outside? Bright enough? I can stay this bright all night!"

Sheik couldn't help but grin a bit herself at Tetra's remark regarding a potential Gerudo costume next year. Admittedly, the disguised princess had always found their attire rather intriguing, and she was positive that any of their outfits, be they Nabooru's or the other varieties that the rest of the women from the desert wore, would look great on her descendant. Now there was just the first question of many of if they were to dress up from that time of Hyrule next year, just who all they might be.

Once Tetra was back by her side, Sheik chuckled a little at her raised eyebrow and question regarding how much candy Link had eaten last Halloween. Impa answered both that question as well as her inquiry about distance perfectly (around the Hero of Wind's own amusing note on his own candy eating feat from the previous year), and the doubly disguised princess nodded along with her guardian's words to echo them. Glancing to the older girl, she added, "We're not sure how far we might go tonight, but no matter where we end up, it won't be too far."

Sheik's grin returned at Link's enthusiasm regarding regarding her Din's Pearl prop, but no matter how much either of the young heroes liked it, Leaf's own excitement was instantly at a fever pitch and well above everyone else's. At his questions, the disguised princess simply nodded to him with a bright smile, right before watching as he moved to instantly dart right inside of the pearl. She made sure to keep the sphere steady in her hands even as he made it rock from his sudden landing inside of it.

His inspection was quick, and at his ecstatic exclamation to confirm that he had plenty of space, Sheik laughed before exchanging a wink with Tetra. Looking back to the Spirit of Power, she stated, "I'm glad you like it! I figured it would be a fun touch to the holiday for both of us tonight."

At Ciela's own display of curiosity and ensuing quip, Sheik chuckled a little, simply sighing in lieu of laughter before focusing on Leaf again, With a look around the exterior of the pearl, she thought for a moment before noting, "That looks great, Leaf, but while you can adjust your glow as you see fit, I promise that your normal glow will suffice."

With the slightest hint of amusement in her red eyes, Sheik glanced over to the future Link, right before raising an eyebrow and seeing if he agreed with her on that. After all, of all of those present, he was the one with the greatest experience with the Goddesses' Pearls.

She would make an awesome Gerudo if she said so herself and if they were going to costumed as suggested for next year, one of the highlights would be crafting some of the Desert Folks’ weaponry.

Tetra stared at the Hero of Winds, one eyebrow raised just the ever so slightly in amusement. Seriously? He actually ate enough candy to give him an uncomfortable stomach? Surely after a while of consuming the stuff, you would have stopped whether from getting bored of the sugary taste, guilt for over-eating or just common sense. To think that Link had on purposefully ate that many just for a once in the lifetime sense of achievement! Even Tetra wouldn’t do it for her most favourite food in the world - meat!

Well, the captain supposed it is something to be expected of the boy. It made her wonder if he would still do the same if his little sister was here for him to be a role model to.

She nodded as Impa explained their use of the lantern last year. She had figured something like that might be the case. They all had pretty good eyesight even in the dark so unless it was cloudy and storming outside, they could manage with only the moonlight to guide their way. And if it WAS cloudy and stormy, that was even less to worry about as they wouldn’t be out in it in the first place….. well the older Link might be crazy enough to do it. Sailing through the seas without any shelter on his tiny boat had made the lad a bit more daring when it came to weather. Tetra hoped it that he was a bit more reasonable now that he had settled here for so long.

The disguised princess laughed as the energetic red fairy bolted into the pearl in Sheik’s hand crashing into its side so suddenly that it was a wonder in itself that he didn’t hurt a wing. She answered Sheik’s wink with one of her own, marvelling again at how despite being costumed to look like Medli and Komali, the two princesses could still be so much alike if you knew where to look.

Craning her head past the two Links, she peered through the windows of the lobby and was pleased to see the night was so far dry and didn’t appear to be notably windy. The conditions were great, their costume were set and they were officially ready for a night of this Trick or Treating she had been hearing so much about.

Impa smiled a bit more as Neri detailed how she, Leaf, and Ciela had spent the previous Halloween. The three spirits had certainly enjoyed it, but it had been especially nice to catch them upon their return after they had made it out to Kev's cottage.

As the subject turned from the older Link's previous candy experience to Sheik's Din's Pearl prop, Impa could not help but laugh softly as the Spirit of Power began to flail in his position midair. His questions of disbelief were soon followed by his own bolting inside of the sphere, and a few moments of study were all it took for him to confirm that it was perfect. Ciela herself seemed to be intrigued by the prop, and that much stood regardless of her amused comment.

"You're just fine with your glow as it is, Leaf… the pearl looks as though it could very well be the real one," stated Impa, nodding to echo Sheik's own words. The Sage of Shadow might not have seen Din's Pearl in person herself, but based on its depictions in books as well as what she had heard from both Link and Tetra, this prop was certainly an impressive replica. The glow only added to it, and with a pleased nod to her four charges, the Sheikah noted, "It looks like we're all set then."

With a soft "Ahem," Impa put one hand on her hip in a fist and pointed towards the door with her other. Here, she grinned a bit before taking on a tone that seemed far more suited for Linebeck himself, declaring, "It looks like I've got my crew, so let's set sail!"

At that, Impa gave a strong nod to Ciela before turning around and marching forth to lead the four kids out of the inn. The weather was a bit crisp but certainly clear and comfortable, and it looked like they were all ready for a wonderful Halloween. And hopefully, it would proved to be their best one yet.

Link grinned as Neri's own words brought back happy memories from last year. It really had been a perfect holiday, and he had a feeling that this one was going to be even better!

Chuckling a bit at his older nametwin's response regarding his candy binge, the Hero of Time soon watched in awe as Leaf dashed inside of the replica of Din's Pearl. The sphere rocked around a little bit from the impact, and in short order, the Spirit of Power confirmed that it was a perfect spot for him. The prop already looked great, but the soft glow that Leaf added to it only made it look as thought the actual pearl had been pulled to the Breach as well.

The quest for the three Goddess' Pearls reminded him of his own quest to find the three Spiritual Stones, but even though he'd heard about it many times and seen the pictures in some books from Hyrule, that never made it any less fascinating to him. "Ha-ha, that looks perfect, Leaf!" As for Tatl, she was just intrigued to see yet another piece from a time of Hyrule… replica or not, a trap for Leaf or not, it was pretty interesting.

The younger boy couldn't help but blink at the wink exchanged between Sheik and Tetra, for even though he'd grown very used to seeing the action from both of the princesses, it was always incredible to see it, even with their own Halloween costumes. He managed to pull himself from that bit of awe soon enough though, soon laughing a little at Ciela's remark. Once it was confirmed that the pearl was set, Link nodded at Impa's note that they were all ready.

That nod quickly turned into a broad smile at her impression of Linebeck, and with her hearty call for them to head out, Link exclaimed, "Aye aye!" At that, they all moved to exit the inn and start their fun evening out.

As the five Hyruleans headed down the street they were all very familiar with, Tatl soon chimed at catching the hint of another familiar chime. Flying just a bit higher, she noted, "Well, it seems we're even more set now."

"Hey everyone! I hope I'm not too late!" Tael called as he zoomed forward from the north. He managed to skid to a stop around all of his friends, but his wings were still beating rapidly, now more from excitement than anything else. He had been out to check things across the graveyard and grasslands no matter where their plans took them this evening, but as he had promised, he was set to enjoy a proper holiday in the city with them all! The graveyard had been a blast with Aicara last year, but this time, he wanted to experience more trick-or-treating! And on top of that, he wanted to get a better look at their costumes, which all really reminded him of home the instant he saw them. Differing timelines or not, they still felt really familiar! "Wow, you all look amazing!"

“Mwaha!” laughed Leaf, fluttering back and forth inside the pearl. He started posing like he was surrounded by mirrors, his glow pulsing in various brightness. “Fwaha! Oh yeah. Leaf got a Pearl. Go me! Lots of glow! Little glow! Lots of glow!”

“Right, right, please just close the lid on him, Sheik,” Ciela groaned, settling on Link’s head whilst he raised his own eyebrow to match the one the younger disguised princess had. The boy took a moment to marvel at a thought that just crossed his mind. Zelda was a Hylian disguised as a Sheikah who was in turn costumed to be a Rito. That was rather amazing when you put it like that. In answer to her silent enquiry though, he peered back down at the pearl then smiled and nodded. Aside from the noisiness of Leaf and the fluctuating glowing that he was experimenting with, the pearl was perfect - just like their costumes.

At Impa’s point and declaration, Ciela’s wings perked. Oh, she was going to enjoy tonight. “Your crew? Honestly…” she mock-grumbled.

Link laughed, Neri giggled and Leaf finally setting down in the pearl prop and the glow quivered a little as he tried to contain his excitement for the night ahead. They followed Im-beck out (or would it be Linepa?) out.

Not long after leaving the cosy confines of the inn, they were greeted with another chime. “Tael!” called out Neri and Link waved. They knew the younger fairy were planning to join them tonight but had thought it would be a little later. “You’re not late at all. How was Halloween this year in the graveyard?”

He had told them about last it last year when they all returned from their own respective night outs and one of these days, they were set to experience Halloween there as well just to see the difference for themselves. Was this year’s celebrations any different, Neri wondered.

Meanwhile, Link puffed out his chest in pride at the compliments to their costumes and the pearl’s glow bounced around like a trapped firefly. “HERE! TAEL! HERE! ISN’T IT AWESOME?!”

"Ha-ha, of course, Ciela," chuckled Sheik, right before moving to carefully close up the lid on the Din's Pearl prop. She knew that the fairies would enjoy the sphere, especially the Spirit of Power, but she was still very glad to see just what a hit it had been so far. Meeting Link's smile with one of her own, Sheik returned his nod before turning to Impa at her Linebeck-worthy declaration.

Laughing alongside the Hero of Winds both at the great impression there as well as Ciela's own getting into the swing of things, the doubly disguised princess moved to follow her friends out of the inn. Sure enough, the sky was clear and the weather was perfect. It was nice and dry, and more than that, it was just cool enough to show that it was autumn without finding any of them getting too cold. The weather was honestly much like last year's, and Sheik was definitely grateful for that… if nothing else, it gave them the best possible chance to really show Tetra what Halloween was all about here.

Before too long, Sheik perked up at catching the distant sound of a familiar chime, and she soon turned around just in time to catch Tael at his greeting. At Neri's call and Link's wave, the disguised princess grinned to him, nodding her own greeting in return. "Hey Tael! It's great to see you!"

Sheik knew very well that Tael had enjoyed his past could Halloweens in the graveyard, but she was really glad that he was coming to join them tonight. With a happy "Thanks!" at the Terminian fairy's compliments, the disguised princess looked to him as Neri asked the question they were all likely wondering. She was sure it was pretty calm yet very fun for Aicara and all of the Kikwis, although she did hope that none of the denizens from the Shadow Temple or graves themselves caused any trouble. It was doubtful that they would, and even if they did, the young Sheikah was more than capable of handling them.

At Leaf's ecstatic call to the younger fairy, Sheik simply grinned again, now having a strong feeling that she'd have to make sure to keep the pearl prop set out in her den for months to come to help further entertain the Spirit of Power.

Hey, hey, hey. Crew? What crew? Tetra was the captain here!

Or that was what she would say any other night but she halted her tongue before the words could tumble from her mouth and looked down at her current attire. Oh yes, she was a Sage of Earth tonight. Instead, Tetra raised an eyebrow and waved at the other three kids to move along. “Well, just for tonight, Gonzo, Senza, you can both be in another crew temporarily. Make sure you represent the Tetra Pirates well and don’t disappoint me while I’m taking a… hm break from piracy - just for one evening.”

Except she had been taken a much longer break from piracy already. Apart from the playful pinching of her friends’ belongings only to return them later, and a few spots of sailing, this pirate haven’t been doing any particularly related to her past occupation. It was a thought that made her uncomfortable even after being here for this long. She still cannot get used to the idea of staying on land for such long periods of time without having the urge to either be in a large body of water or step on a boat. Thankfully they have the King of Red Lions here and she really could just hop onto a boat for a little while even if they did sail it anywhere. How in all of the Great Sea did Link manage being land bound for so long when he arrived here?

The answer revealed itself soon in the form of Tael. Distractions and friends, that was how Link survived. It would also be how Tetra would as well. She glanced from the fairy to each of her friends. From the ever increasing wonders this world holds to being and finding out more and more about the people here, it had every day a pass quicker than she thought possible outside of a pirate ship or treasure hunt.

So, Leaf yelled for the younger fairy’s attention, Tetra stepped up subtly just behind the Link from her time and laid a hand on his shoulder before whispering something she had, by now, told him a handful of times, “It’s not my crew but it’s close.”

At catching Ciela's playful remark, Impa simply grinned to the Spirit of Courage before winking to her. "Of course it's my crew. I am the legendary Captain Linebeck, after all." They had not even left the inn yet and tonight was already proving to be most wonderful. The combined excitement of her four charges and the fairies only added to her own already great mood, and as it stood, she had a strong feeling that this was going to be their best Halloween yet.

As the quintet was set to head out, Impa smiled broadly once Tetra gave her own captain's order for the two boys dressed as Gonzo and Senza. Quickly striking her left thumb against her jawline, the Sheikah was right back in full character for the moment as she noted, "I'm sure they'll be two fine mates of the Linebeck Crew along with these two great Rito. After all, I've heard that the Tetra Pirates are the best of the best."

Not too long after they had all started to make their way down the street, Impa perked up slightly as she heard a familiar chime swiftly approaching them, and soon enough, none other than Tael had arrived. Nodding to the young Terminian fairy as greetings were exchanged, Impa stated, "Hello Tael. You're right on time."

Nodding her own thanks to the purple fairy as he complimented them on their costumes, Impa soon glanced over to the side to see Tetra whispering something to the older Link. She did not attempt to catch what it was, but given the look in the pirate captain's currently red eyes, it seemed that tonight was starting to be just one of the things the Sheikah hoped it would be for the future princess… namely a fun holiday that would help her adjust to this world even more than she already had. Tetra had fallen into another family here before she herself had even realized it, but no matter what, Impa was certain that her newest charge had nothing but the brightest future in store for her in this world.

They were all there for here just as they had already been for each other, and as she continued to build on the strong bonds she had already formed between the Great Sea and the Breach, the Sage of Shadow felt honored to be able to watch her grow here. That counted as a family member, as the princess that she was by her very spirit, and most importantly as Tetra.

Tatl couldn't help but laugh the slightest bit at Ciela's groaning over Leaf. Sure, she agreed with her friend, but her own reaction was still highly amusing. Thankfully though, Sheik did close up the Din's Pearl prop in short order, and that certainly helped out, even if only a little bit. As for the Spirit of Courage's reaction to Impa's declaration, the Terminian fairy chimed softly, inwardly glad to see her already enjoying the night so much. "Heh. I guess it is his crew."

As for the Hero of Time, he was set to start heading out before he paused at catching Tetra's wave. Initially, he blinked at what she said, but that bit of surprise soon shifted to a broad grin. Exchanging a chuckle and wink with the older Link, he turned back to the pirate captain and saluted her. "Ha-ha… aye aye, Captain!" Link himself might not have known the pirates themselves, but between all of the stories from Link and Tetra, he felt as though in a way, he kind of did… and deep down, he was immensely glad for and touched by that.

Once the group had started to make their way further into the Residential District, Link soon laughed happily as Tael bolted towards them. Waving to the young fairy, he called, "Hey Tael!" He was glad that Tatl's brother had started to stick around the inn more, especially since his own little decision to go become a tougher fairy had taken a lot of courage for him. To Link, Tael might have been on the shy side but didn't necessarily need to take that time for his own bravery, but if a personal quest helped him out, then he was all the more set to wish him the best. After a while though… it seemed that everything had worked out even better for him than they had hoped.

Tael fluttered excitedly as his friends confirmed that he was on time and even more when they took his compliments well. At Neri's question, he perked up a bit before stating, "It was really fun! The graveyard is nice and calm, and everyone there is enjoying it! The Kikwis were even more excited this year!" After all, the five of them had arrived barely a couple of weeks before Halloween last year, so this year, they all knew more of what to expect, and with Aicara there as well, it was definitely a fun place to be.

As Link glanced over and smiled at the quiet exchange between Tetra and Link, he immediately shifted his attention back to Tael, unable to resist another chuckle as Leaf began to call out to him. Tatl simply chimed in a bit of annoyance whilst Tael jolted a bit. "That's so cool, Leaf! That Din's Pearl, right? I like it!" Now he was even more eager for their outing tonight!

His hands on his hips, his chest puffed out and his back straight, Link was one proud Gonzo. "Aa!" he called, saluting the princess from his time. He would not disappoint the Tetra Pirates, as Gonzo and as Link.

"They are? That's good. Are they dressed up this year?" asked Neri, giggling lightly at the thought of the Kikwis in costume. Like the Spirits' Link, they had arrived around Halloween - just before it actually - so this would mark their second time celebrating the holiday. With the previous year's experience under their belt, they should be more than prepared to have even more fun this year. Maybe they should consider celebrating it with them next year or at least part of it if they didn't fancy going into the city to collect candy with them.

Link turned his head slightly as he heard Tetra taking a step closer to him then blinked at the hand on his shoulder. What she said next made him grin. Considering how tight knit her crew was, what it represented in her life and the pirate's personality, those words warmed his heart. He was glad she was here and even more so that she had fitted so well into their Hyrulean family. Link reached up and covered her hand with his own then pat it twice. Usually he would ruffle her hair but that might ruin her costume so earlier in the night. That and the subtly of the way she slunk up behind him was not missed. Hair ruffling might bring the attention she didn't want at this stage despite how well they had all bonded since her arrival.

"Mwahaha! It is indeed the Din's Pearl. I'll let you in here later but in the meantime, I'll light the way. Onwards, let's go!" cheered Leaf as he glowed even brighter in the prop.

Sheik couldn't help but grin at catching Tetra's quick stop and downward glance, right before she laughed a bit at her next statement. Giving her descendant a confident pat on the shoulder, she nodded strongly to her before they all moved to set out… not without another grin at the playful banter Impa had struck up as part of her guise as Linebeck.

The disguised princess knew that Tetra's break from piracy had already started, but even so, she was proud for every stride that the older girl made each day in adapting to life here. Much like her own arrival, it had been an incredible change of pace… but in being able to be with friends, this world had already proven to be a rather nice one. They were all there for each other, and that was just how the Hyruleans had gone from being simply good friends to their own family.

As Tael updated everyone about how things were going in the graveyard, Sheik soon perked up ever so slightly around Leaf's own exclamations. Glancing subtly over to Tetra, a slight smile graced her features as she noticed her whispering something to Link. She did not mean to, but the disguised princess caught the faintest bit what she had told him… or at least the general sentiment held in her words. Regardless, she soon shifted her red gaze back to the fairies to allow her two friends their own moment here.

Nodding to echo Leaf's response to Tael's enthusiastic question, Sheik soon chuckled a little before giving her friends a brief wave. "Indeed! I think we're coming up on the first houses soon." Now it was time for Tetra to get her first chance to acquire some candy on this holiday!

Ah yes, the Kikwis. Those illegally cute creatures celebrated Halloween as well? Tetra tried to imagine them dressed up in costumes and had to fight to contain a highly amused grin from spreading across her face. She can’t really see the Kikwis dressed up in anything spooky without looking even more adorable than they already were but she was sure they would get all the points for trying and even more for decorating the graveyard to match the theme.

Link patted her hand and she smiled softly, wriggled her fingers under his pats then stepped back. She was aware that whilst she had tried to remain subtle,their friends had noticed their exchange but still gave her the privacy. For that, she was grateful and with a smile, she returned back to Sheik’s side as they seem to approach their first candy call for the night.

Tetra looked at the house, trying to judge what kind of treat the place would give. It hardly mattered what they would get since they would still return with their treat bags full by the end of the night - at least when Tetra had any say on the matter.

“So we just go up to the house, knock, say ‘Trick or Treat’ and they’ll give us… stuff? Sounds a bit too good to be true. I understand handing out candy to young children but we’re not exactly five years nor do we look it...” then with a grin she raised an eyebrow at the Link from her time. “Though we do have an exceptionally young and cute looking Gonzo with us tonight.”

Impa was admittedly having almost as much fun portraying Linebeck as she was simply sharing an outing with her four charges, and the night seemed as though it was only going to become even more enjoyable from here on out.

As Tael updated everyone on the happenings in the graveyard, Impa nodded to him, inwardly glad to hear that Aicara and the Kikwis were having a nice evening as well. It seemed to be just as good a holiday as ever, and before too long, their own family here was set to continue forward. Trick-or-treating was just as new a concept as Halloween itself was to the Hyruleans, but it seemed to be something that each of the four kids had grown to enjoy more and more over the time they had spent here. It was a fun chance to get out and enjoy the holiday, a good time for them to collect candy in the spirit of it, a great opportunity to see others' Halloween costumes and/or decorations, and of course, an even better chance to walk around and explore this world.

A few moments later, and the five had indeed arrived at the first house. Tetra looked it up and down before checking to see if trick-or-treating really was as simple as she'd been told it was. The fact that her four charges were on the older end of the average trick-or-treater was something to consider, but from what Impa had seen of the holiday in this world, she knew that they would all be just fine. Still, she could not help but smile a bit more at Tetra's playful quip regarding the Hero of Winds.

"It's simple, but that really is all there is to it. Trick-or-treating does not seem to have an age limit, but all of you are just within the older end of most of those that participate in it," stated Impa, glancing about the house herself. "We can still acquire additional candy from the post-holiday sales, but it is still good to take advantage of getting to experience this activity whilst you're still better able to."

Who knew? Once the four of them had got a bit older, maybe they would trade out trick-or-treating for other fun Halloween activities… and knowing the natures of the young quartet, Impa had a strong feeling that no matter what future holidays held for them, they would always be especially fun.
