He watched the smaller, yellow body flip over and in front of himself, her weight really lent itself well to that! For the organics of this world, Livewire was a tall, towering being, but Knock Out was not only a little taller, but definitely wider. The real downside to being a femme was that a femme's body make was rather thin while a mech's was heavier. However, it also made Livewire very wiry and agile. "Haha!" He laughed triumphantly as her body noisly crashed onto the floor of the stadium. Not so bad for a 'newb', huh?

She struggled against him and he only clamped his hands around her even tighter. "Not unless you say 'Uncle'! Oh, this was fun. He didn't have to worry about this fight ending in death, and he was getting some nice experience! Primus, he may even win this thing.

The young femme suddenly dropped all of her weight down, almost as if she were giving up. He steadied his legs to bear the weight, about to ask if this was a surrender before he realized what she was doing. There was a sharp pain in his wrists as her sharp fingers dug in between the plates, prodding the delicate wires and cables there painfully. "AUGH!" He jerked back, talons twitching slightly at the wire damage, though her fingers were still between the plates stubbornly. But hey, at least it wasn't his helm. A little bit of energon dribbled out of the plates and down her fingers as he let go of her wrists and tried to yank himself free of her in turn. He gave her a kick to dislodge her, hissing in pain.

As Knock Out struggled to release himself from her grip, Livewire’s optics narrowed slightly in confusion.   She didn’t understand, he should be weaker than this, much weaker in fact.  Perhaps new entries varied in how much strength they retained when they entered the Breach and she just hadn’t actually fought enough of them to notice.  Still, she didn’t have time to question it now and she doubted that Knock Out would know the answer.

“Sorry about that.”  She wasn’t sorry for hurting him, no, that has been her intention.  She was more sorry about the annoyance that he would likely feel when he fixed the damage she did to his hands after the fight.  She didn’t have any experience doing that herself, as the Allspark took care of it, but still she could acknowledge that it wouldn’t be fun.

Livewire swung her body to the side just enough to avoid his kick, before she pulled her leg up to return his kick sharply.  She aimed her heel towards the joint connecting his hip to his left leg and struck with as much force as she could muster in this position.   She didn’t let go of his wrists, as she wanted to keep him close for the attack.

Livewire apologized and he'd be lying if he said he wasn't pleased to hear it. She should be sorry, it was going to be an absolute pain to fix up the delicate wires of his wrists! It was already hard enough to work on a patient's, he needed something to magnify the affected area and an assistant to hand him tools. His servos were going to be full with his own servos, and he highly doubted that Livewire, the only other Cybertronian here, would have any medical knowledge to help him out as an assistant. However, he knew that if this were an actual fight amongst their kind, he'd be ruthless against the young Autobot Sparkling and he'd expect the same in return. An opponent shouldn't go easy on you without a good reason. Either fight or don't, anything else was wasting his precious time.

"All's fair in a fight, Livewire! I'll return the favor soon enough!" Or maybe not, since the younger Cybertronian easily dodged his kick. She then swung her leg back at him and struck him in the hip joint, letting out a pained grunt from it. Her fingers were still curled into his wrists, not letting go easily. There was a large dent from where her kick had connected, and there were some warning signals in his processors. They told him that he was getting close to a stasis lock from the damage this Sparkling was doing. His own attempts were still doing nothing. He barely even dented her armor! But he couldn't give up just yet. He could pull this right back around, right? Of course he could! He was Knock Out, Decepticon Soldier and medic! He survived the War when so many others had not, including his own friend Breakdown. He'd even survived the destruction of his own world! He had to at least keep putting in a fighting effort!

With a brief smirk down to the younger, he pulled his arms up to jerk her off of the ground. He let her dangle for a moment before he slammed his arms downward to slam her into the ground, placing his heel against her chest to push her away, still attempting to pull himself free of her.

If she had considered this a real fight, Knock Out probably would be in a lot more pain than he was already.  Livewire didn’t know much about cybertronian anatomy, even with her being a cybertronian, but she still knew all the places that would really hurt if you hit them right.  Apparently she did have a few of those Decepticon traits, not that she really cared at all.  The only other Decepticons she knew spent all of their time yelling at each other and cuddling, and thinking about then was something she did not need to do right now.

Livewire “oomph!”’d as she was picked up (curse her relative shortness).  It wasn’t exactly hard to see what Knock Out was planning, and it was even easier to prep herself for it.  She bent her knees and steadied herself so that the moment Knock Out slammed her down she angled her body so that her feet planted firmly in the ground.  She relaxed her grip on his wrists so when his foot came to pry them apart all of the force went into moving her, instead of damaging her.

Mounting a reaction only required her to shift on one of the feet she had planted, spinning herself around with her leg raised in an arc to deliver an axe kick, not to Knock Out’s helm, but rather to his neck.  She pulled her momentum up to continue the motion into a jump, leaving the ground as the leg she had supported herself on swung in a swift circle in a follow-up kick towards his arm.

If this were a real fight, Knock Out wouldn't be holding back in regards to his weapons. If they were on Cybertron and she were an Autobot rookie, he'd have no problem beating the spark out of her. In fact, this probably would have been over far sooner! However, this wasn't Cybertron. This was Portal Breach where, despite their obvious age difference, Livewire was in some ways his 'superior' in this world. He slammed her downwards, but she caught herself with her legs, which made his attempt useless. When he moved to kick she released his wrists, and the force of his kick instead moved her, which at least did do the job of getting her out of his wrist joints.

"Yeesh..." He rubbed his wrists and moved them around to loosen the tension. In a move that was quite acrobatic, Livewire spun and kicked one leg out, the foot colliding with his neck. He stumbled instantly, optics shuttering as he tried to stable himself. Warnings were cropping up and by the time she kicked him in the arm, he was already unconscious. The kick just caused him to land backwards rather than forwards. With a slight thump, his body was flat on the ground. His optics were closed and the red lines that went down his leg and torso weren't on. No worries though, he wasn't dead. Merely in an injury induced stasis lock.

Knock Out was right: Had they been using weapons, this would have probably been over a lot sooner. Livewire's pedes dug heavily into the ground as she landed, and her optics tracked Knock Out's form as he fell backwards. She was tense, waiting for him to push himself back up and continue attacking her, until she realized that she had knocked Knock Out out. Without that proper noun, the last sentence would have made very little sense.

Standing up, Livewire walked over to Knock Out and looked down at the other cybertronian. He had done better than she thought he would, been stronger than she had expected. Perhaps she had assumed too much. That hardly mattered now, though. Livewire knelt down beside him, trying to figure out what she was going to do with him. It'd be rather rude to leave him here, after all. He was also larger than her, and would be hard to carry. She didn't really see what else she could do though, as waiting around for him to wake up wasn't an appealing option.

With a sigh, Livewire shoved her hands between his shoulders and the ground, and struggled a bit to pull him up. Goodness gracious he was heavy! She grumbled a bit to herself, and heaved the larger cybertronian over towards the entrance. She didn't quite know where she was going to take him, but she had already waited in the arena nearly all morning and she did not want to wait there anymore.

Why did he have to be so heavy?

Knock Out was practically dead to the world when Livewire came to his side and stared down at him. That aft had been beaten quite heavily by the younger femme. How could that be, though? She didn't have nearly as much experience as Arcee, she'd even been made on Earth somehow! How could someone so young, so small, and without experience in a war knock him flat out on his back? Unless they had all been right, that he really was...weaker here. His strength had been sapped from him, upon arriving here. It wasn't fair by any means, but to argue fairness with a world that had obliterated his very world...seemed useless.

The femme jerked him up off the ground by the shoulders, struggling a little with how much he weighed. Lifted now so that his legs were dragging across the ground, Knock Out slowly came to. The lines along his body lit back up with red light, and his optics clicked on and focused for a moment to realized, strangely enough, that he was on his back and yet moving. He tilted his helm back and saw that Livewire was actually dragging him out of the arena. "Heeeeey..." His voice seemed slurred, still quite out of it. He made no attempts to get out of her grasp.

"How old are you again?" He asked airily, after all she must not be as young as she looks if she could beat him up like she did. A hundred stellar cycles maybe?

Livewire continued to drag Knock Out across the ground, struggling a bit to balance his weight and keep herself from toppling over with the other cybertronian.   Her audio sensors picked up on the sounds of his systems coming back online.   "How old?" Why did he need to know that?

It must be terrible for you, Knock Out.  Thinking this would be an easy win, only to be beaten by a sparkling so young she might not have even gotten armor yet, had she been raised on Cybertron.  "I'm three Earth years."

    Bam.

Strictly speaking, he didn't need to know. Just harmless curiosity! Harmless, concussion induced curiosity. After all, he wanted to know more about the only other Cybertronian here. He knew she somehow had a bit of the Allspark in her, that she came from Earth and some...alternate universe where Cybertronians existed. He honestly had quite a few questions about her world and origins though he decided not to ask because he figured things were slightly tense between them at the moment. Though right now he really gave no frags about asking questions. When she parroted his question, he nodded eagerly. Yes, yes, how old?

    Livewire wrote:I'm three Earth years.

"..." His optics stared blankly, processing.

    I'm three Earth years.

    "..."

    three

    Earth

    years.

"...Oh, alright." He answered almost automatically. A few more moments passed before his optics widened widely. "Wait, what?!" He jerked up into a sitting position, turning to her with a bewildered look all over his face. "How is that POSSIBLE?! If you're three Earth years old, you shouldn't even be this tall or strong!" What kind of insane world was this?

She nodded as he acknowledged her answer.   Her optics flicked around a bit, looking for somewhere to put him, but that was quickly resolved when he abruptly sat up and turned to her with a face that she read as frantic.  Her own optics widened in response to his reaction.  Why was he so shocked?

Her mouth tucked into a frown as his shocked disbelief caused her to go on the defensive.

"I don't know.   I've always been this tall.   And I told you, the only strength that matters here is the strength that you gain here."   She crossed her arms and looked away from him towards their surroundings.

"I'm weird, remember?   I wasn't born on Cybertron, but on Earth."   Her shoulders rose and fell in a dismissive shrug.  "I wasn't ever a protoform, I was born with my armor.  I just woke up, surrounded by a city that looked like it had just imploded."    She wouldn't admit why, but talking about this was making her uncomfortable.

She had never felt truly like she belonged with the other Cybertronians, as a species.  She didn't really identify with Cybertronians, and there was still a part of her that resented that.

Knock Out wasn't sure how he expected her to answer, but in retrospect of course she seemed a bit put out by his response. Insulted, even. He rubbed the back of his helm with a servo, feeling a nice, awkward feeling deep in his chassis. Good job, Knock Out! Insult your only ally in this mysterious and stupid world. She had been born on Earth, and she had never even been a protoform. Which meant she had to have just woken up one day with the body she had now. He wouldn't be surprised if she had had tons of accidents, getting used to such a body. It was to be expected, when a protoform is born in an adult body. "I see..." He stood himself back up on his pedes, looking himself over. Still pretty obviously injured but he'd be fine with some rest. "I uh...I think I can stand. And...walk." He folded his arms behind his back, feeling better since the fuzzy feeling in his processor had ebbed away now. Though the awkward one still remained. Tense, even.

It wasn't exactly his nature to sincerely apologize, though. What kind of Decepticon stands there and apologizes? She was the Sparkling here, he was her Elder, he could call her a Pit-Spawn and technically she'd have to just accept it. At least, that's how things were at home. This...wasn't home. It was a hard concept to understand, but he was starting to grasp it. Things weren't as he knew them. He'd have to swallow up some pride, here.

He stepped forward and placed a servo on her shoulder lightly. "I...I...am still getting used to things here. I didn't mean to insult you or anything. You've been very helpful to me since I've been brought to this crazy world. Its still just a lot to...take in and understand." His tone soon turned a bit playful and he had a smirk upon his face. "Besides, if it makes you feel any better, I'm weird as well. When I was a growing Sparkling, there was even a rumor among my peers that there was a glitch in the Allspark when I was created. No idea where they could have gotten that one from!" He took his servo off of her and instead began to pick some debris out of his grill to the best of his abilities. Nope, no idea at all.
