    BGM: Sis Puella Magica!"

The time for games and worrying about being stuck in this new world was over. Madoka was not here. Homura had spent a while, but had finally gotten used to that fact. There was nothing she could do about Madoka not being here. The best thing she could do right now was endure, and hope... Hope was the one thing Madoka had plenty of in her personality. Homura needed to hope that she arrived. She also needed to hope that it was in her normal form, anyway. If she came as a magical girl, it would be... salvageable, the girl guessed. But if she came as Kriemhild Gretchen... there would be only one option; to destroy it before it destroyed Portal Breach.

"That must not be allowed to happen."

If Madoka arrived, but as Kriemhild Gretchen rather than the Madoka Kaname she knew, Homura would be treading a fine line. It was hard enough shooting her that time, and watching her become Kriemhild Gretchen even once was enough for her. Let's not mention the time she was killed by Walpurgis... now that one thought about it, these timelines had really had a mental toll. You had Walpurgis, Kriemhild Gretchen, Madoka herself, Oriko, and when necessary Homura. It was a justice to kill her rather than let her become a Witch. Especially if the timeline was not quite ready to be reset yet.

Homura was actually standing by the sea. She was on the sand, and if you just added building parts and a deathly foreboding grey sky, it would look similar to the ending of Walpurgis Night. Any beach would. But Homura tried to distance herself from those thoughts. She looked out at the moon above the water. It was beautiful, and the moon's silver shine reflected in her purple eyes and Soul Gem. Her Soul Gem was on her hand (Her right hand today, actually) and she wore her school uniform (bottom right).

She merely watched the moon as it slowly rose. She had time before she ran out of grief seeds... but she'd want to go hunting soon. She was weak as she was, yet she'd need Grief Seeds and there was definitely Witches here, on the Breach. As she was, she was probably going to have to look for magical allies to help her when she went hunting. It wasn't pleasant and she didn't want to do it, but she knew that they didn't have a corruption limit tied to despair or magic use. This meant they already had an advantage over her. So it wouldn't be TOO hard to enlist their help.

    Homura enjoyed the view.
