Good evening denizens of Portal City! As many of you know by now, Father Anderson and the members of the Iscariot Organization have begun reappearing within the city limits. Having already crippled the bastions of vampirism on the Breach, the Iscariot's have moved on to their larger goals; The cleansing of Portal City's population.

The time that has passed between phases of the Iscariot's plans, as well as having been left alone on the church grounds unattended, have allowed them to rebuild much of their former power lost in the battles at the Hellsing manor and Vampire Prison. They are now fully prepared to carry out the next phase. The utter annihilation of the heathens of Portal Breach.



To put it simply, This is what will happen

Phase 1- Character sign up COMPLETED (pm me if you have questions)

Phase 2- the kidnapping of key individuals IC IN PROGRESS
The people chosen to be kidnapped (Approved via player consent) Will be kidnapped either at the target's home, work, or while In the city unless a location is agreed upon via pm. Each Target will have the option to fight, or go quietly. Each kidnapped character will be void of weapons, however hidden communication devices are permitted.

As these people are kidnapped, the Iscariot Organization will leave signs such as burning buildings and such to attract attention and upset the locals

Phase 3- the assault on the church UPCOMING
Characters participating that were not kidnapped have the option of attacking the church to rescue the kidnapped people. For the most part, they will be informed of the kidnapping as they will be public spetecles.

The kidnapped characters have the option to try and escape their captives to join the fight. Coin flips will be used to see if a character escapes his or her cell. Once freed, the character has access to all of the items they had on their person at the time of the kidnapping. They may also try and free the other captives.

The Goal of this assault is to a) Free the captives b)Kill Alexander Anderson and c)Destroy the Iscariot Organisation. In the event that Anderson is killed, The Iscariot's will keep fighting, however with a lower level dice, demoralized that their leader has fallen.

NOTES*
POSTING STRIKES WILL BE IN EFFECT.
LEVELS WILL BE GIVEN TO KIDNAPPES AND ATTACKERS ----1 MINIMUM FOR PARTICIPATING (living or dead). More levels are available at my discretion.

You're free to embellish your posts as much as you want in relation to this experience, but just make sure to post to avoid a posting strike! Once you receive three strikes something ...unhappy may befall your character.

Good evening citizens! Welcome to phase three of the Exterminatus! There are a few main goals that need to be accomplished in order to be victorious in this thread. For each objective taken, an additional level will be gained for the group on top of the ones mentioned in the previous news threads.

Victory Conditions- Players Kill Alexander Anderson, Players Destroy Iscariot XIII, Players successfully free the prisoners. For this last one however if the prisoners free themselves, they will gain an additional level instead of the group. If the group frees the prisoners, the prisoners do not get the bonus level.

Loss Conditions- Anderson and Iscariot win the day.

Father Heinikel Wolf 1000/1000 When attacking someone under level 20, uses a tier higher dice
Sister Yumiko Takagi 1000/1000 When attacking someone under level 15, uses a tier higher dice
Iscariot XIII 2000/2000 normal dice, If Anderson dies they strike at the next lower dice tier


And now for the part everyone loves!
Posting strikes and Death are ENABLED. If Iscariot or Anderson has posted, I will expect the next tier of posts to be finished by the end of the day. It is also important to keep to in character knowledge while posting. Strikes will be given to people who haven’t posted in two days, or who use out of character knowledge as a boon. As said in the news thread, Levels will be given by participation however for each strike given; the offending character will lose a level of experience given in this plot.

I have decided that since this plot happened in the past and we are now technically in the future, all characters that were kidnapped can post new threads and join in the CHATBOX FUN as much as they want after the time I post this announcement.

I am doing this due to hearing complaints from players wanting to play their characters and of the sheer drama that some characters were stuck in. Even if the plot has started, I still have comments of people that are itching to play their characters. I foresee this plot to be long and as founder of this site, I decree that you are allowed to play your characters.

For time paradox, there will just canonly have paradoxes happen to this plot. This means that we are currently in the future after the plot. This means that some people might die in the ongoing plot, be severely injured, etc... But we will canonly incorporate paradoxes just like with Otokoyo. Those paradoxes will be glitches caused by the system. This is how we will explain this in character.

I am not going to allow my members to not have fun on my site just because a plot is going slowly.. And with this, that is all. I hope you all have fun :>

Not sure how often there are posts and who has what strikes but LISSEN UP, PEEPS.

--Kiki (aka WWLink and Xiao Xiao) is keeping track of all strikes. So if you think you might have a strike, ask her. Remember, the maximum is 4 strikes.

--The plot, as is clearly stated on the main page and the announcement that scrolls by below the menu, ends THIS THURSDAY. Which means, with or without the Iscariot and Anderson being whittled down to 0 HP, it will end then. It'd be preferable for us to whittle them down and actually save the prisoners and kill Anderson, but this is the worst case scenario. Best case scenario is that you free them and we kill Anderson before then, so GET YOUR BUTTS POSTING.

--For those of you worried about death and not getting levels and the repercussions, etc. you'll be rewarded even if you die. And you won't have to do trials. And I doubt anybody (besides maybe Hellboy at this rate) is going to die, so you can all rest easy.
