1) When you die, you lose one of your three lives and a level.
2) You can choose to either be immediately refreshed with one life and one level short...
3) ...Or you can undergo a trial to regain a life (mushroom), but you cannot regain your lost level.
4) When you use up all three lives... you'll see what happens then. Suffice to say it'll be a little more complicated than just doing a trial.

So far, there are four death threads: Vaati, Markus, Kuzco and SkeletwinMischeif. If you four wish to return without trials, post in this thread saying so by Friday. I will adjust your levels/ranks/HP, etc. accordingly, and start any trials if any of you still wish to undergo them to gain your mushrooms back.

Everything else about the rules of death stay the same.

EDIT: After another admin discussion, you do not lose levels. You only lose your shrooms/lives and can do a trial to regain a shroom/life. No levels are lost, but no levels are given, either.
