    The terrain shifted around him. Dammit, he thought sourly. What's that bastard up to now? He peeked up and over his cover to see that the area had altered, jagged rocks littered across the floor. And Seph was no where to be found.

    ...Or was he?

    Now that it was quiet, Hellboy could really hear what was going on around him. The sound of his own heart beating slowly in his chest, the slow, deep breaths he took... and another breath.

    Smiling grimly, gun at the ready, he walked out into the arena and searched for him, trying to pinpoint the source of the breathing.

    "I've come out, little mouse. It's about time you come out and play too."

    Hellboy's got a great sense of hearing. Add +1 coin for accuracy. Can only be used three times per battle.

    [[Indestructible — Level 30]]
    Hellboy has a high pain threshold and can take hits like a pro. When he's at 125 HP, an opponent's attacks start counting only for half the damage for three turns. (Goes in effect WHEN SEPH BLOODY ATTACKS.)

    Seph peaked around his rock, his labored breathing cooling down as he reached into his pack. What he pulled out was one of his two stun grenades. He didn't think he would have had to resort to using the items in his pack today, in fact he REALLY didn't want to use them at all seeing how hard to procure they had become after the monsters came out. But then again... he really hated losing.

    Rushing forward towards hellboy's back, he stabbed his bo'staff into Hellboy's tail, using it as leverage as he polvaulted over him.

    "CATCH" he yelled, throwing the grenade at hellboy's form, using the distraction to quickly take cover behind another outcropping in case the plan didn't work.

    Active Abilities active
    Second Form- Negates opponents highest dice roll hit, Regen 10% total health per turn. Usable only for five turns and once per battle.-TURN 3

    (first attack, staff to tail)
    (second attack, grenade stun)

    Passive abilities active
    Stealth- Cannot be detected if trying to stay hidden,
    movement speed halved if Magic detectors are
    being used (opponent has to flip a coin to find Seph.

    Wise was astounded by this fight in a way for his own amuse.

    Hellboy think sneaky like seph! at least wise could give a wise support to hellboy, takes another bite of his popcorn.

    "F#%@ing GODDAMN IT!" That Seph was going to die! Die a gruel and painful death! And Hellboy would ask Nergal to do his trial himself to make the experience even MORE painful!

    Even blinded and deafened temporarily, Hellboy still stumbled around to find Seph, using his sense of smell to pinpoint him... although he really couldn't smell much besides smoke and burned flesh at the moment.

    Seph breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Hellboy on the ground stunned. Now that he was down for a while, he had the chance to use some of his more flashy.. albeit slower... techniques.

    Quickly, he focused a portion of his power into his palm, shooting a thin bolt of lightning into the sky. He smiled up at the sky as it began to darken then took another chance to sprint at the downed Hellboy, giving his tail 2 hard strikes to the tail before sprinting behind another rock.

    Meanwhile, the sky had darkened completely, and rumbling could be heard. It seemed a storm was coming~

    Active Abilities active

    Hellboy fumed and steamed and hissed and griped and muttered just about every swearword known to man--in several languages--under his breath. And still, he searched for Seph, wanting to find the little fucker and pluck out his hairs one-by-one.

    Seph jumped atop the nearest rock as he heard the first flash of lightning. His skin prickled in anticipation, it had been a while since he had been forced to use an attack like this. Not since... well.. he preferred to forget what that Possessed Zurg made him do. Shaking his head free of those thoughts while he lifted a hand to the heavens, Seph waited. It was silent for a while, if not for Hellboy's cursing and Wise's cheer-leading one would have considered it peaceful, the calm before the storm. Silently he cursed himself. He'd forgotten that Wise was here, and even with all his discipline Seph had not perfected his elemental manipulations... and by now it was to late to stop the process. Seph could only hope that wise wouldn't get hurt to much...

    and then it happened. A torrent of lightning rained down on the stadium and the stands, striking anything and everything within its electrifying grasp.

    Electricity crackled through the air, surging forth with uncontrolled fury, lashing out at him and to all in the surrounding vicinity. Wise didn't stand a chance. His tail stood on end, all the fur spiking up comically, and he toppled to the ground, dissolving into ash.

    "Jesus!" Hellboy exclaimed through gritted teeth, the electricity doing a number on him too. But thankfully, it was either his thick hide or his goddamned thick skull that saved him from the same fate as the fox creature.

    Once the electricity finally fizzled out, the demon's tail twitching on the ground like a third leg, the demon slowly swivelled his head, surveying the area around him, that smelled like burnt plastic and melted rubber. He sniffed the air as he shambled to his feet, smelling something like smoke, and he patted himself down, finding a cigar that was strangely lit. "Huh," was his only comment as he stick it between his teeth and eyed the angel before him.

    "All right, all right," Hellboy said wearily, puffing on his cigar. He eyed his goatee and snuffed out the tiny flame on its end. "I think you've done quite enough damage for one fight."

    He eyed the remains of what had been the annoying and radically bipolar anthro and didn't find it to be a big loss. Personally, he was relieved to have that problem finally out of his hair. But then he recalled the awkward position he was in as Chief Officer and thought, Huh. Well, I could take Seph in for this. It's technically my obligation.

    However, he also thought, if I do that, he's liable to finish me off.
    The demon knew when to call it quits, and though it greatly pained him and his manly pride and honour, he knew what he had to do.

    Damn it all to hell. Wait a second, scratch that.

    "Seph," the demon started, standing before him, hands crossed over his bare chest. "Let's just call this a draw." In his head, he knew that Seph had practically defeated him, but he just couldn't bring himself to openly admit it. Again.

    "We don't end this fight, and I don't bring you in for 'killing' Wise." Hellboy even did air quotes for that, glancing once more at the soot pile. "'Cause, you know," he continued. "Being Chief Officer and all I oughtta arrest you on the spot for murder. But," he added, "Wise knew what he was getting into by watching this fight. He suffered the consequences." he shrugged his massive shoulders. "So I won't tell, if you won't tell. Deal?"

    He extended his left hand for the angel to take.

    Literally, a deal with the devil. Now why did that sound so ominous?
